Where did the weekend go? Is it Meal Plan Monday time already? It’s funny that on the first week after the challenge ended, I’ve had issues with the area I’ve been doing best at all along…making just one trip to the grocery store during the week. The problem is that I went mid-week the week before last and it threw off my entire schedule. I’m going to try to get back on schedule this week, hopefully! I can’t make any promises though if I run out of red wine!
I don’t have any recipes to review this week. We had a crazy week and I only ended up cooking one family meal. However, the recipe was only so-so and I probably won’t make it again so there’s no point in sharing. All the recipes I’ve found so far have been awesome so I was a little disappointed…this was the first one that I didn’t love. Anyway, our schedules sync up so I can make a couple more family dinners this week and I’m absolutely dying to try the Bacon and Goat Cheese Stuffed Turkey Meatloaf below! I’ll let you know how it turns out!
I found some other incredible looking recipes that I can’t wait to try as well. I just don’t know which one I’m going to try first (after the meatloaf, of course).
