Need dinner in a hurry? This deliciously easy dinner idea is a lifesaver for busy moms!
As a busy mom, I’m all about the shortcuts. This includes dinner. It seems like we’re always on the go and when we get home later than usual, I don’t always have time to make a big dinner from scratch. There’s usually homework to be done, baths to be taken and lunch boxes to refill. Sometimes I just need an easy dinner idea so that I can do all that AND get the kids fed and in bed on time!
Easy Dinner Idea
I’ve got a few tricks up my sleeve though and one of my favorites involves Idahoan® Steakhouse® Soups. It’s delicious comfort food made easy and the best part is that it takes just minutes to make. Since my family loves it so much anyway, it’s a win/win for everybody.
These soups make dinner so much easier and I always keep plenty of them in my pantry. We never know when we’re going to need it.
All I have to do is add Idahoan Steakhouse Soup to boiling water and we’ve got awesome restaurant quality soup (without the restaurant prices).
Sometimes I forget just how much I love Idahoan Steakhouse Soup until I take that first bite. It’s SO good! The rich cheeses and flavorful seasonings give it a creamy, hearty taste that I can’t get enough of.
With Loaded Potato, Creamy Potato, Cheddar Broccoli and Cheddar Potato flavors, there’s a pretty awesome selection to choose from too. Our favorite is the Creamy Potato! It’s really delicious on it’s own but every once in awhile we’ll add some cheese and bacon too.
Plus, what better way is there to celebrate National Soup Month. Personally, I love soup so much that I could celebrate soup every month of the year! I’m lucky that my family likes it as much as I do.
This soup goes great with sandwiches, salads or just on it’s own. My girls actually couldn’t care less about a big meal anyway and on the nights my hubby has to work, they’re perfectly happy with a big bowl of soup.
It’s also perfect for those rare days when I have the house all to myself. If my parents have the kids and hubby is at work, there’s no way I’m cooking a big meal just for myself. I’ll grab my favorite blanket, make a bowl of creamy potato soup and curl up on the sofa to watch a romantic comedy. Every mom needs a little “me time”!
Busy moms need all the help we can get and if I find something that makes life a little easier, I’m all for it. Why make things difficult if you don’t have to, right? I no longer stress about last minute dinners because with Idahoan Steakhouse Soup, I’ve got things totally under control.
Now, if I could just find something to make cleaning the house that easy too!
