I’m excited to have partnered with Best Buy to tell you about the new Hover-1 Electric Folding Scooter!
We didn’t have scooters like this when I was a kid! If my friends had seem me riding around the neighborhood on the Hover-1 Electric Folding Scooter, I totally would have been the coolest kid on the block!
Hover-1 Electric Folding Scooter
With a convenient, foldable design, the Hover-1 Electric Folding Scooter is not just a fun way for kids to get around, it’s stylish too! Kids will love that it goes up to 14 mph. That makes it the perfect way for tweens to get to a friend’s house after school or for college kids to get around campus. I think my girls would find any excuse to use it, even if they’re just going across the street!
It’s great for kids of all ages since it holds up to 220 lbs and has 8.5″ tires for better stability. I may just give it a try too. I’m still kind of a kid at heart so that counts, right?
Of course, as a mom I always have safety on my mind but the Hover-1 Electric Folding Scooter has built in safety features as well. A bright LED headlight makes it easy to see the scooter coming and electronic and foot brakes make stopping easy.
This electric scooter has a 16-mile battery life so it’ll take a while for the kids to wear the battery down. When the battery does start to get low, charging is easy with the charger that comes with it. It’s only 27 pounds and folds in half. That means when the kids are done scooting around the neighborhood, they can fold it and stow it out of the way.
The only problem I see is that I may want to use it more than my kids! Think they’d be embarrassed if they saw me scooting up and down the street? I may just be one of those adults who never really grew up!
These make a great gift for back to school. What kid wouldn’t be thrilled to have their own electric scooter. You can find the Hover-1 Electric Folding Scooter and others like it at Best Buy. While your shopping, check out their electric bikes and boards too!
