Step 1

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar & butter until well blended.

Step 2

Add graham cracker crust mixture to muffin tin and pack firmly.

Step 3

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Mix well.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

Step 5

Divide cheesecake evenly between four bowls and add food coloring to each.

Step 6

Mix until colors are well blended, then layer the colors into each tin.

Step 7

Refrigerate until completely chilled, then remove from tins & add the eyes with black icing.

Step 8

Add a Bugle and flowers to each unicorn.
