Homemade Blueberry Syrup

Just 4  Ingredients!

– Blueberries – Sugar – Corn Starch – Water

Step 1

Mix corn starch with water and set aside.

Step 2

Rinse one cup of fresh blueberries.

Step 3

Combine blueberries, water and sugar in a saucepan.

Step 4

Cook over low heat and when berries begin to soften, stir in corn starch.

Step 5

Once syrup has the desired consistency, remove from heat and serve.

It's perfect for breakfast foods like pancakes & waffles but makes an amazing  dessert sauce too!
