Step 1

Bake chocolate cake according to directions on package. Use a wooden spoon to poke holes.

Step 2

Make vanilla instant pudding.

Step 3

Pour pudding over cake, filling in all the holes.

Step 4

Spread pudding evenly across cake and refrigerate.

Step 5

Mix Oreo cookie crumbs and Cool Whip.

Step 6

Spread evenly over the poke cake.

Step 7

Refrigerate and add remaining Oreo pieces just before serving.
