Butterbeer Fudge

Get all the delicious taste of  Harry Potter butterbeer in  one magical bite sized treat!

Ingredients!

Sugar Butter Heavy cream Marshmallow creme Butterscotch chips Rum extract White chocolate chips Vanilla extract

Step 1

Combine sugar, butter, and heavy cream in a saucepan & cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Step 2

Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat & stir in the butterscotch chips.

Step 3

Once the butterscotch chips are melted, add the marshmallow creme and rum extract. Mix well.

Step 4

Spread mixture in lined 8×8 inch pan. Place in freezer while making white chocolate layer.

Step 5

For top layer, mix sugar, butter & heavy cream in saucepan over medium heat until butter melts.

Step 6

Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips.

Step 7

Once chocolate is melted, stir in the marshmallow crème & vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.

Step 8

Spread the white chocolate mixture over butterscotch layer. Chill in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Step 9

Once your butterbeer fudge is completely chilled, cut it into 30 bite size squares and enjoy!
