40-45 RITZ Crackers 1 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar 1 lb steak (I used boneless NY strip) Garlic salt Salt & pepper to taste 1 1/2 cups arugula 3 oz blue cheese
Reduced balsamic vinegar:
Heat balsamic vinegar in a saucepan until boiling
Reduce temperature and simmer for 8-12 minutes, stirring occasionally
Vinegar is ready when it reaches a syrupy consistency and leaves a coating on the spoon
Place in refrigerator to cool
Season steak with garlic, salt & pepper
Cook to desired temperature
Cut into thin strips, then cut each strip into one inch pieces
Place each piece on a RITZ Cracker
Top with one or two arugula leaves
Sprinkle blue cheese on top
Drizzle with the reduced balsamic vinegar
