Ingredients

  • 20 oz ground turkey
  • 1 cup portobello mushrooms chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar BBQ sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, mushrooms, feta, spinach, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs and egg.
    20 oz ground turkey, 1 cup portobello mushrooms, 1/2 cup feta cheese, 1 cup spinach, 2 cloves garlic, 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs, 1 egg
  • Place in a meatloaf pan and top with BBQ sauce.
    3 tbsp brown sugar BBQ sauce
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes (thermometer should read 165)
