Oreo Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces mini Oreo cookies
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 45 phyllo shells

Instructions

  • Separate 45 mini Oreos aside for garnish. Crush the remaining cookies.
    7 ounces mini Oreo cookies
  • Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form and set aside
    3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended
    8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • Fold in whipped cream
  • Mix in 1/2 cup crushed Oreos
  • Using a decorating bag (or just cut the corner off a regular plastic storage bag) pipe the Oreo cheesecake mixture into the mini phyllo shells
    45 phyllo shells
  • Top each with a mini Oreo and sprinkle with cookie crumbles
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve

Notes

If you don't have piping bags, you can cut the corner off a gallon size storage bag, fill it with the Oreo cheesecake and pipe it into the shells that way.
