  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • In large bowl, mix the brownie mix and flour.
  • Next, mix the eggs and vegetable oil into the dry ingredients until well combined. It is a very thick dough, so you make have to knead by hand.
  • Stir white chocolate chips into the cookie dough.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets. I like to use a cookie scoop for this so that they're all the same size.
  • Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on your oven. If they aren’t quite done, let them bake an extra minute or two and check them again.
  • Let cool for about five minutes on cookie sheet and then transfer to wire rack to finish cooling.

Notes

Store cookies at room temperature in an airtight container.
