1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks 1/4 cup ice 3 ounces pineapple juice 2 ounces Malibu Coconut Rum 1 ounce cream of coconut 1 maraschino cherry for garnish 1 pineapple wedge
Combine frozen pineapple chunks and ice in a blender.
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks, 1/4 cup ice
Add pineapple juice, coconut rum and cream of coconut to the blender.
2 ounces Malibu Coconut Rum, 3 ounces pineapple juice, 1 ounce cream of coconut
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry. Cheers!
