This Sugar Cookie Fudge, with tasty Christmas cookie flavors and creamy white chocolaty fudge, is the perfect way to make Christmas time extra special (and extra yummy)!
Line an 8×8 square pan with parchment paper or wax paper.
Add sugar cookie mix, butter, vanilla extract, and white chocolate chips to a medium saucepan.
1 ¼ cup Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix, 1 tbsp butter, 2 ½ cups white chocolate chips, 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk.
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Heat over medium heat, mixing constantly, until everything is combined, and all of the chocolate chips have melted and are nice and smooth. NOTE: You don't want to rush this step. By cooking it on medium-to-medium low heat, it will help prevent it from scorching.
Pour the fudge mixture into your prepared pan. Smooth it out evenly, making sure to push it into all of the corners of the pan.
Add red and green sprinkles and festive candies to the top of the fudge and allow it to cool to room temperature.
Christmas sprinkles
Once firm, cut the block of fudge into small pieces and enjoy!
Notes
For thinner fudge, use a 9x9 pan instead.
To help your fudge come out of the pan more easily, spray the top of the parchment paper with nonstick cooking spray.
Be sure to place sprinkles on the white chocolate layer before it sets so they'll stay put.
To get extra smooth edges when you cut the squares, dip a sharp knife into some hot water, dry it off and then slice the fudge.
