Ingredients

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8 baking pan with aluminum foil, wax paper, or parchment paper and then butter the bottom and sides.
  • Heat the sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until it’s heated through, but do not boil.
    14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
  • Add the white chocolate chips to the condensed milk and continue to stir until the chips are completely melted.
3 ½ cups White chocolate chips
  • Add the brown sugar, spices, molasses, and vanilla extract. Continue heating until the sugar dissolves and the spices are well incorporated (about 10 minutes).
¾ cup Brown sugar, 1 tsp Ginger, ½ tsp Cinnamon, ¼ tsp Nutmeg, ¼ cup Molasses, ¼ tsp Ground cloves, 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Pour fudge mixture into your square baking dish.
  • Spread the sprinkles evenly across the top of the gingerbread fudge.
    Christmas sprinkles
  • Place the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until completely set, then cut into 16 small squares. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Be sure to use regular sweetened condensed milk and not the fat free version. It’s one of the key ingredients and the fat free won’t give you the same rich taste and texture.
