No Bake Peppermint Pie Recipe

This easy peppermint pie, with a cool, minty filling and smooth, creamy texture, is a delicious dessert that'll be a hit at all your holiday parties!

  • Whisk together the pudding mixes and milk in a large mixing bowl until they are well combined and stiff peaks start to form.
    2 boxes white chocolate instant pudding mix, 2 cups milk
  • Add the peppermint extract and whisk to combine.

  • Add a generous amount of red food coloring and whisk until there are no streaks remaining.

  • Add about 1 cup of the whipped topping to the pudding mixture and whisk to combine. If needed, add a bit more of the red food coloring to get the pie to your desired shade.
    8 ounces Whipped topping
  • Pour pie filling into the Oreo crust. Cover and place pie in the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours.

  • Before serving, place the remaining whipped topping in a piping bag fitted with a 1M open star tip, then pipe it in single squeezes all the way around the outer edge of the pie.

  • Sprinkle crushed candy canes or peppermint candy inside of your whipped topping border. Enjoy!

Notes

To easily crush your candy canes, just place them in a Ziploc bag and roll over them firmly with a rolling pin.
