Crispy Garlic Parmesan Wings

These delicious Crispy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings are baked to a beautiful golden brown, then tossed in a tasty buttery parmesan sauce for an appetizer that's always a crowd pleaser!

  • Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • Preheat your oven to 390F. Place chicken wings in a large bowl with the garlic paste, spices, salt, and olive oil.
    1 lb chicken wings, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp granulated onion, 1/3 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp white pepper, 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Thoroughly mix the wings so that each part is coated with salt, spices and oil. If you want to further enhance the flavors, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave for 30-60 minutes.
  • Transfer wings to the top of the lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes on one side. After 15 minutes, the wings will begin to look cooked, but will not be fully done yet. Flip them over to the other side.
  • Bake for another 5 minutes, then remove them from the oven.
  • Melt butter in a small saucepan or in the microwave. Put the baked chicken wings in a large bowl, then pour the melted butter over the top.

  • Add the grated parmesan and toss to coat each piece. Place wings on a serving platter right away and serve hot.

Notes

  • These wings can also be made in the air fryer. Just preheat the air fryer to 390F for 5 minutes. Lay the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, then bake for 15 minutes. Turn the wings over and bake for an additional 7 minutes, then follow the remaining instructions above.
  • As an appetizer, this recipe will serve about 4 people. If serving this as a meal, you can plan on it feeding 1-2 people.
