Valentine Chex Mix

This Valentine Chex Mix is the perfect sweet treat for Valentine's Day parties. The perfect combination of sweet and salty, this sweet Chex mix is always a hit!

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Combine cereal and pretzels in a large bowl and place half of the cereal mixture on the baking sheet.
    4 cups Chex cereal, 3 cups Honey Nut Cheerios, 2 cups pretzel twists
  • Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 20 second increments, stirring after each, until the chips are melted.
    24 oz. white chocolate chips
  • Drizzle about half of the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture on the baking sheet.
  • Add the remaining mix to the baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the rest of the melted chocolate on top of the second layer of the mix.
  • Sprinkle with M&Ms and Valentine sprinkles.
    ½ cup pink Valentines M&Ms, ¼ cup Valentines sprinkles
  • Place in the refrigerator to chill for about 30 minutes.
  • Once the chocolate has set, break the mix into large chunks and serve.

Notes

This makes no bake recipe makes a great treat for just about any holiday. Just change up the colors of the M&M's and sprinkles to match the occasion. Use red and green for a Christmas Chex Mix or Red, White and Blue for summer holidays.
