Easter Dirt Cups

These Easter Dirt Cups combine vanilla pudding and Cool Whip with Oreo cookie crumbs to make a delicious parfait that's both creamy and crunchy. Topped with chocolate eggs and adorable chick and bunny peeps, this fun Easter dessert is always a hit!

  • Use your food processor to crush the Oreo cookies (you may need to do this in batches) or place them in a large Ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin. Divide the crushed Oreos into 3 separate bowls and set aside.

  • Divide one bowl of crushed Oreos evenly among your plastic cups to make the bottom layer.
  • Whisk the vanilla pudding mix and 3 cups of milk in a large bowl, until the mixture begins to thicken.

  • Fold in the Cool Whip, stirring until well combined.

  • Divide the vanilla pudding mixture between two bowls, placing ⅓ in one bowl and the remaining ⅔ in another.
  • Add 4-5 drops of purple gel food coloring to the smaller bowl and stir. If needed, you can add more to reach your desired shade of purple.

  • Add 4-5 drops of pink gel food coloring to the other bowl. Stir and add more coloring, if needed, until the pudding reaches the desired shade of pink.

  • Divide the purple pudding evenly among your cups, filling each about ⅓ full.
  • Divide the second bowl of crushed Oreos evenly among the 6 cups, placing the layer of Oreos on top of the purple layer of pudding.
  • Divide the pink pudding mixture among your cups, leaving just a small amount of space at the top for a final Oreo layer. Discard any excess pudding (or save for a fun snack later).
  • Divide the final bowl of crushed Oreos between your cups. Sprinkle each cup with green sprinkles and add 2-3 mini egg candies.

  • Add a Peeps marshmallow bunny or chick and enjoy!

Notes

These can be refrigerated for up to three days but for a crunchy cookie layer, you'll want to serve them on the same day you make them.
