- 8 MorningStar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Burgers
- 8 slices bread
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 3 leaves of iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 8 hamburger pickles
- ketchup & mustard to taste
Cook burgers according to instructions on package
Using a round cookie cutter, cut two small circles from each burger
Cut 16 circles from the bread
Cut cheese into 8 circles
Slice plum tomatoes (you'll need 8 slices)
Cut 8 circles from the lettuce
Toast bread until lightly brown
Top with a burger circle, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, ketchup and mustard
Secure with a toothpick and serve
