Easter Brownies Recipe

These delicious Easter Egg Brownies, complete with gorgeous springtime colors, are the perfect way to get everyone "egg-cited" for Easter!

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix brownie batter per directions.
  • Pour batter onto a large, parchment paper lined 12" x 17" baking sheet.
  • Bake the brownie mixture for 15-20 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Use cookie cutter to cut out egg shapes, then transfer to a wire rack for decorating
  • Apply a layer of white frosting on top of the brownies.
  • Use various colored frosting and sugars & sprinkles to decorate your eggs.

Notes

If you don’t have an egg-shaped cookie cutter, no worries! You can use a printed template in the shape of an Easter egg and a sharp knife to cut around the template. It’s super easy!
  • To keep the brownies from sticking to the cookie cutter, spritz the inside of the cookier cutter with a little non-stick cooking spray.
