Ingredients

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 375°F and spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Separate the dough (there should be 8 rolls) and press it into and up the sides of the muffin cups to form your pie crust. There will be one roll per cup, so you should have 8 cups total.
    1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • Spoon about two generous tablespoons of the apple pie filling into each cinnamon roll.
1 21 oz can apple pie filling
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until the rolls are golden brown. Then, remove them from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack for about 5 minutes.
  • Place a piece of parchment paper under the wire rack to catch any drips, then take the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls and drizzle it over the top of the apple pie bites. Enjoy!

Notes

  • When pressing the apple pie filling into the muffin cups, be sure to press down in the center to create extra space to hold the filling.
