Ingredients

  • 4 ounces salami
  • 4 ounces capicola
  • 4 ounces prosciutto
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar
  • 8 ounces pepper jack
  • 4 ounces parmesan we used a wedge
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 6 ounces blackberries 1 package
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 6 baby dill pickles
  • 15 Town House Buttery Crackers 1 sleeve
  • 4 Marshmallow Peeps
  • 1/2 cup Easter M&M's
  • Edible grass

Instructions

  • Start by positioning the dip on the board. Next, add your larger ingredients, like the salami roses and small bunches of grapes. Balance out the board by adding ingredients to opposite corners.
  • Continue filling in the board. Keep the board balanced by adding similar ingredients to different areas and adding one type of cheese on one side and another type to the other side.
  • Continue to fill the board with the different ingredients. We even arranged dill and cheddar cheese chunks in the shape of a carrot.
  • Fill in any remaining spaces with rows of crackers, veggies and a few pickles.
  • Place a few Peeps Easter candy in the empty spots for a pop of color and Easter fun.
  • For the perfect finishing touch, add an edible candy nest filled with small candies. Now your delicious grazing board is ready to serve!

Notes

  • There is no wrong way to arrange the snacks so feel free to rearrange them on your Easter board however you prefer.
  • You can make most dips the night before and then just add them to the board the next day.
