Heat oven to 350 degrees F and cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Place the cookies in a ziploc bag and crush them into fine cookie crumbs,

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. As the dough begins to thicken, use a cake spatula to fold it together.
15.25 ounces white cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Fold in Oreo cookie pieces and chocolate chips.

Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop cookie dough balls onto the parchment paper.
Bake for 9-10 minutes, until cookie bottoms are golden brown. For best results transfer to a wire rack until they have cooled completely. Enjoy!
Notes
This cookie dough has a tendency to stick to the bottom of your cookie sheet pan. Even if you’re using parchment paper or a silpat liner, you’ll want to let the cookies cool for about 10 minutes. That way, they'll be less likely to break apart.
Resist over baking. These cookies are ready to come out of the oven when the middle of the cookies no longer look moist, and the edges are just slightly brown.
