This bacon wrapped meatloaf is so full of flavor, it'll have your family begging for seconds. Even better, it's super easy and can even be made ahead of time for an easy weeknight dinner!

Combine ground beef, Lipton Recipe Secrets Mix, breadcrumbs, onions, brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, egg and milk in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to mix until well blended.
1 1/2 pounds ground beef, 1 package Lipton Recipe Secrets Mix, 2/3 cups breadcrumbs, 1/2 small onion, 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1 tablespoon prepared mustard, 1 egg, 1/2 cup milk
Lay five bacon slices across the meatloaf pan. The ends of the bacon should drape over the sides of the pan.
5 slices Greenfield bacon
Place meatloaf mixture in pan and fold the ends of the bacon over the top.
Combine ketchup and brown sugar for the glaze, then brush over top of the bacon.

Cook 45-50 minutes. The meat thermometer should read 160 degrees.
Let sit 5-10 minutes and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
For a healthier version, try using lean ground beef or ground turkey.
If you don't have breadcrumbs, add an extra egg instead.
Want to change up the flavor a little? Instead of the ketchup glaze, brush with 1/4 cup BBQ sauce instead.
