Ingredients

  • 4 medium chicken breasts approximately 1 pound
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees, then place the skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of the baking dish.

  • In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, salt pepper and minced garlic.
    1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 2-3 cloves garlic
  • Spread the mayonnaise mixture on top of the chicken.
  • Add the parmesan cheese to the top of each piece of chicken.
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Cook in oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden.

Notes

  • If you have really thick chicken breasts, you may want to pound them out with a meat mallet into thinner pieces so they cook a little quicker and more evenly.
  • If the parmesan cheese begins to brown too much, loosely tent the top of the baking dish with some aluminum foil.
