Spread the mayonnaise mixture on top of the chicken.
Add the parmesan cheese to the top of each piece of chicken.
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Cook in oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden.
Notes
If you have really thick chicken breasts, you may want to pound them out with a meat mallet into thinner pieces so they cook a little quicker and more evenly.
If the parmesan cheese begins to brown too much, loosely tent the top of the baking dish with some aluminum foil.
