Frozen Watermelon Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon frozen
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 ounces rum
  • 2 limes
  • 1 ounce agave

Instructions

  • Add the watermelon chunks and ice to your blender.
    3 cups watermelon, 1 cup ice
  • Pour in the light rum.
    2 ounces rum
  • Add fresh lime juice and agave.
    2 limes, 1 ounce agave
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth but still pourable. Pour into margarita glasses (or your favorite cocktail glasses) and garnish each drink with a fresh watermelon wedge and lime slices.

Notes

  • If your daiquiri is still too thick after blending, you can add an another 1-2 tablespoons of lime juice or water to thin it out enough to be poured.
