Nutter Butter Reindeer Cookies

Open one Nutter Butter cookie carefully. Break a mini pretzel in half and place one half on each side of the cookie, pressing the ends of the pretzel pieces into the peanut butter filling at the top of the cookie.
16 ounces Nutter Butter cookies (one package), 36 mini pretzel twists
Place the top cookie back onto the filling and press to secure it.
Melt chocolate using the microwave or a double boiler. Place two small dots of melted chocolate on the top of the cookie and add two candy eyes, using the chocolate to secure them to the cookie.

Add a little bit of melted chocolate to the bottom of each cookie and press one red M&M on it to make the reindeer nose. Place the cookies on a baking sheet and let the chocolate cool and harden before serving.

These will work best with the double nutty variety of Nutter Butter cookies. The extra filling makes it easier to keep the pretzel antlers in place.
If you’re having trouble getting the pretzels to stay in place, you can use a bit of white chocolate to secure them.
If you don't have red M&Ms, you can use any other type of red candy for the nose.
Any peanut butter sandwich cookies will work for this recipe, as long as they keep the same shape.
