Banana Overnight Oats

Breakfast doesn't get much easier than these banana overnight oats! Make them the night before and breakfast is ready and waiting when you wake up!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • 1 small, ripe banana mashed
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 cup coursely chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients in a pint size jar and seal tightly.
    1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats, 1/2 cup milk, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tsp sweetener, 1 small, ripe banana, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/8 cup coursely chopped pecans
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Enjoy cold or warm in the microwave for one minute.

Notes

Use old-fashioned rolled oats for a smooth, less chewy texture. You can use steel-cut oats but they will have a more dense, chewy consistency.
