Ingredients

  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 cup sweet relish
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp course ground garlic salt with parsley
  • 1 tsp seasoned pepper

For Garnish

  • Paprika
  • Whole cranberries
  • 1 pkge fresh rosemary

Instructions

  • Slice eggs in half lengthwise
  • Scoop out the yolks with a spoon and place them in a flat dish.

  • Mash yolks with a fork

  • Combine yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, sweet relish, rosemary, garlic salt and seasoned pepper. Mix well.

  • Fill egg whites with yolk mixture

  • Arrange egg whites on a cutting board or serving platter in the shape of a Christmas tree. Sprinkle with paprika and add rosemary sprigs and cranberries for garnish
