Paint your jar with white acrylic paint. Let dry for 20-30 minutes and add a second layer and let dry for another 30 minutes.
1 mason jar, white acrylic craft paint
Print the bunny ears tracer cut them out. Trace the large one on white craft foam and the smaller one on pink craft foam.
1 bunny ear template, 1 piece white craft foam, 1 piece pink craft foam
Cut out the foam pieces. Glue the inner ear piece to the outer ear piece with hot glue and set aside.
Draw the eyes on your bunny. I like to trace a quarter first, using a pencil, then go over it with a black permanent marker. If you're doing this with younger kids, large wiggly eyes work great too.
Add your heart sticker for the nose (secure with hot glue if needed) and use the marker to add a mouth.
1 heart sticker
Glue the ears to the back of the mason jar lid. Be sure you don't glue them to the jar as well or you won't be able to open the lid later.
Cut your chenille stem into six equal pieces. Glue three to each side of the nose.
1 white chenille
Finally, add a large pom pom to the back for the tail.
1 white or pink pom pom
Now just display your bunny as fun Easter decor or fill it with candy and give it as a gift. Happy Easter
