Start by whipping the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then add sweetened condensed milk.
4 cups heavy whipping cream, 28 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Add vanilla extract and mix well.
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Divide the mixture into four separate bowls. Stir the strawberry frosting into one of them.

Stir a few extra drops of pink food coloring to the bowl with the frosting. I like to get it started with a toothpick or skewer, then use a spoon to mix it until the color is completely blended.

Now do the same with the remaining colors, adding black, purple and teal to the remaining bowls.

Add spoonfuls of the ice cream mixture to a loaf pan or casserole dish. I've used both but the casserole dish definitely looks prettier!
Keep adding the mixture, spoonful by spoonful, until you've filled the pan.
Swirl the colors together, being careful not to overswirl (is that even a word?). The colors will blend together more as the ice cream freezes.
Top with sprinkles for the finishing touch.
Galaxy sprinkles
Freeze for at least six hours but overnight for best results. Once it's set, just serve and enjoy!
