For The Milkshake

  • 3 cups vanilla bean ice cream
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For The Garnish

  • Whipped cream
  • Lemon zest

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to your blender.
    3 cups vanilla bean ice cream, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1/2 cup whole milk, 2 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Blend for about 30 seconds, or until well blended.
  • Pour into 2 tall glasses.
  • Top with whipped cream and lemon zest, and enjoy!

Notes

  • It's best to use fresh lemon juice but you can use bottled juice if that is all you have. Just keep in mind that bottled is more acidic and can taste a bit harsh.
  • For a thicker shake, just add more ice cream or a handful of ice.
