Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicken drumsticks
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Pat the chicken legs dry with paper towels.

  • In a separate shallow bowl or dish, whisk together the egg and the salt.

  • In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, paprika, and garlic powder.

  • Dip each chicken drumstick into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  • Roll and coat the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil or spray it with cooking spray. Arrange the coated drumsticks on the baking sheet, leaving space between them. Drizzle with additional olive oil.

  • Bake the chicken for 40–45 minutes, or until it's cooked through and the skin is crispy and golden brown.
