In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, then mix until well combined.

Fold the flaked salmon and green onion into the cream cheese mixture.
8 oz cooked salmon– flaked, 1 green onion
Mix until evenly blended smooth.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding more lemon juice for brightness, smoked paprika for depth, or hot sauce for a little heat.
Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes so the flavors can meld. Then garnish with fresh herbs or parsley, and serve with crackers, bagel crisps, pita chips, or fresh veggies.
