Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 4 graham crackers
  • 16 ounces white icing
  • Blue food coloring
  • 24 Gummy sharks

Instructions

  • Break the cookies apart and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake the sugar cookie dough according to the package instructions, then allow the cookies to cool completely.
  • Place the graham crackers in a Ziploc bag and crush them into fine crumbs with a rolling pin.

  • Add a few drops of blue food coloring to the white icing and mix to combine. Continue to add the food coloring a drop at a time until your desired shade of blue is reached.

  • Frost the cookies with the blue frosting.
  • Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over a quarter of each cookie. Place one gummy shark on the icing part of the cookie and enjoy!

  • In a hurry? You can skip the baking altogether and use store-bought sugar cookies. On the flip side, you can bake these from scratch with your own favorite sugar cookie recipe.
