Ingredients

  • 1 slice bacon
  • 3 pancakes various sizes
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp chocolate chips approximately 10-12 chips
  • orange Starburst
  • 2 pretzel sticks
  • 1 Keebler Fudge Graham cookie
  • 3-4 tbsp whipped cream

Instructions

  • Cook the bacon in a large skillet or in the oven and set it aside. Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel.
    1 slice bacon
  • Use your favorite recipe to make the pancake batter.
    3 pancakes
  • Ladle it into a griddle or large skillet over medium heat. You'll want to make some smaller than others to make the snowman's head. Cook until bubbles form around the edges and the first side is golden.
  • Flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Continue with the remaining batter.
  • Place the cooked pancakes on individual plates. Start with larger one on the bottom, then a medium sized one, then a small pancake for the head. Use a sifter to sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • Take mini chocolate chips and add two for the eyes. Add a row to make the smile and 3 on the middle pancake to make the buttons.
    1/2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • Take a sharp knife and cut a wedge out of the starburst. You'll want it to be in the shape of a carrot nose.
    orange Starburst
  • Make the bacon scarves by taking a bacon strip and cutting it in half. Place one half between the 2nd and 3rd pancake. Then, drape the other half down the side.
  • For the arms you will take a pretzel stick and place the very end slightly under the middle pancake. Break a small piece of another one and add it to form the hands.
    2 pretzel sticks
  • To make the top hat, cut the end off of a fudge graham cookie. Place it on top of the first pancake to make the hat rim. Then, place the rest of the cookie on top of the rim.
    1 Keebler Fudge Graham cookie
  • Finally, add a little bit of whipped cream across the bottom of the pancakes. That's it, they're ready to eat!
    3-4 tbsp whipped cream

Notes

Let the kids do it all! Use store bought pancakes then let the kids cut different sized pancakes with round cookie cutters. Then all that's left to do is decorate their snowman.
