Avocado Deviled Eggs With Bacon

These avocado deviled eggs are loaded with flavor and make the perfect appetizer for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs hard boiled
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp chopped bacon
  • 3 tbsp blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  • Cut the hard boiled eggs in half and place egg yolks in a large bowl.
  • Add mayo, cilantro, avocado, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Mix well, either by hand or with a stand mixer. Be sure to mash it with a fork at the end to be sure it's smooth enough to flow through the piping tip.
  • Add the yolk mixture to a piping bag and pipe the filling into the egg whites.
  • Top with bacon and blue cheese and enjoy!

Notes

Save some time by buying the hard-boiled eggs in in your grocery store's deli section.
