Ingredients

  • 3 cups water divided
  • 1 box orange jello 3 ounce size
  • 1 box pineapple jello 3 ounce size
  • 1 cup Malibu coconut rum
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Maraschino cherries for topping

Instructions

  • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Remove the boiling water from the heat and whisk in the orange and pineapple Jello, stirring until the gelatin is dissolved.
    3 cups water, 1 box orange jello, 1 box pineapple jello
  • Add 1 cup of cold water.
    3 cups water
  • Add 1 cup Malibu rum and stir to combine.
    1 cup Malibu coconut rum
  • Divide the jello mixture evenly among your Jello shot cups, then move the cups to the refrigerator to chill for at least two hours.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry and your Jell-o shots are ready to serve!

Notes

It may be tempting to make these stronger but don't overdo it on the alcohol. Adding too much can keep the Jello from setting properly.
