  • 3 ounces vanilla instant pudding 1 box
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup vodka
  • ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  • Start by heat treating your cake mix (this helps kill any bacteria that could come from the raw flour). You can easily do this by spreading it over a cookie sheet and baking at 350F for 5 minutes.
    1/2 cup white cake mix
  • Add the vanilla pudding mix and ½ cup of the white cake mix to a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
3 ounces vanilla instant pudding, 1/2 cup white cake mix
  • Add milk and whisk until smooth.
    1 1/2 cups milk
  • Once the pudding has thickened, add vodka and continue to whisk until fully combined.
    3/4 cup vodka
  • Spoon the birthday cake pudding mixture into each cup, filling it to the top. Place shots on a tray and let chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Top the shots with whipped cream and sprinkles and enjoy
¼ cup rainbow sprinkles, Whipped cream

Notes

Cover your shots with plastic wrap or lids and place them in an airtight container. They should keep for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. Wait until just before serving to add the whipped cream and sprinkles.
