Ingredients

  • 24 ounces Tasteful Selections Sunburst Blend potatoes
  • 1/2 white onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil separated
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 6 ounces mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup pre-cooked ham diced

Instructions

  • Quarter potatoes and combine potatoes, onions and olive oil in a bowl.
    24 ounces Tasteful Selections Sunburst Blend potatoes, 1/2 white onion, 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Add rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.
    1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, Salt & pepper to taste
  • Cook over medium heat until potatoes begin to brown (approx 10 minutes), then add mushrooms.
    6 ounces mushrooms
  • Once potatoes are crispy and golden, add ham. Cook until ham is heated through.
    1/4 cup pre-cooked ham
  • Serve hot.
