24 ounces Tasteful Selections Sunburst Blend potatoes 1/2 white onion chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil separated 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme Salt & pepper to taste 6 ounces mushrooms 1/4 cup pre-cooked ham diced
Quarter potatoes and combine potatoes, onions and olive oil in a bowl.
24 ounces Tasteful Selections Sunburst Blend potatoes, 1/2 white onion, 2 tablespoons olive oil
Add rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.

Cook over medium heat until potatoes begin to brown (approx 10 minutes), then add mushrooms.

Once potatoes are crispy and golden, add ham. Cook until ham is heated through.
