Cherry Hand Pie
With just three ingredients, these cherry hand pies are as easy to make as they are delicious!

- 1 pkg premade pie crust
- 1/2 cup cherry pie filling
- 1 egg whisked
Preheat oven to 425
Unroll pie crust. Cut 8 heart shapes into the pie crust with the cookie cutter.
Place four pie crusts on an ungreased cookie sheet. Drop about two tablespoons of cherry pie filling into the center of each heart.
Top each of the pie crusts with another pie crust and use a fork to seal the edges together.
Use a sharp knife to cut a slit into the top of each crust.
Brush egg onto the top of each pie crust with a pastry brush.
Bake pies until pie crusts are golden brown, about 10 minutes.
Cool completely and serve.
