Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 12 ounces artichoke hearts chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine cream cheese, artichoke hearts, mayo and green onions in a medium mixing bowl. Reserve a handful of onions for garnishing.
    8 ounces cream cheese, 12 ounces artichoke hearts, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 green onions
  • Blend with an electric hand mixer for 1-2 minutes, until the mixture is fully combined and smooth.
  • Add the parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Blend again until all ingredients are well incorporated, about 1 minute.

  • Cover the dip and allow it to chill for 30 minutes.
  • Just before serving, garnish with the remaining green onions. Serve with your favorite crackers or other dippers.

Serve this delicious dip with crackers, pita chips, potato chips, tortilla chips, pretzels, or even raw veggies.
