Place the flour tortillas on a flat surface and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each one.
3 large flour tortillas

1 cup chopped dill pickles, 1/2 cup finely diced red bell pepper
Place two slices of deli ham in a single layer across each tortilla.
6 slices deli ham
Roll each tortilla up tightly into a log, making sure the filling stays inside. Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
Once chilled, unwrap and slice into bite-sized pinwheels. Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for a few minutes before mixing. This will help it blend more easily and with a smoother texture.
Use paper towels to pat the chopped pickles and the ham slices dry. This keeps the filling from getting watery.
Spread the filling all the way to the edges so the roll stays sealed.
Slice with a serrated knife using gentle pressure for clean cuts without squishing.
Lightly warm the tortillas in the microwave for 10 seconds to keep them from cracking when you roll.
