8 ounces brie cheese rind removed 4 tablespoons cream cheese at room temperature 2 teaspoons honey or more to taste pinch salt Optional Toppings Extra honey or hot honey Chopped toasted walnuts or pecans Roasted garlic Fresh thyme or rosemary Fig jam or fruit preserves
Remove the brie rind by slicing off the top, bottom, and sides with a sharp knife. Cut into cubes.
8 ounces brie cheese
Place the brie cubes and cream cheese in a food processor or stand mixer. Whip until smooth and airy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Add honey and a pinch of salt. Whip again until fully combined.
