Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt full-fat for creaminess
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh parsley packed
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
    1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 avocado, 1/2 cup cream cheese, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 1/2 cups fresh parsley, 1/2 cup fresh basil, 1/4 cup fresh chives, 1 small garlic clove, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, Salt & black pepper
  • Blend until completely smooth and vibrant green.
  • Taste and adjust salt, lemon, or herbs as needed.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes to let flavors develop.

Notes

  • Ripe avocado: Use a ripe avocado so the dip blends up smooth and creamy without any lumps.
  • Pack the herbs: Pack the parsley and basil tightly when measuring to get as much herb flavor as possible
  • Easy on the garlic: A small garlic clove is enough since raw garlic becomes stronger after chilling.
  • Scrape the bowl: For the smoothest texture, scrape down the food processor bowl and blend until completely creamy.
  • Don't skip the chill: Chill the dip for at least thirty minutes so the fresh herbs have time to fully infuse the yogurt base.
  • Thin if needed: If the mixture feels too thick, add a small drizzle of olive oil or a splash of water before blending again.
