1 cup Greek yogurt full-fat for creaminess 1 avocado 1/2 cup cream cheese softened 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 1/2 cups fresh parsley packed 1/2 cup fresh basil 1/4 cup fresh chives 1 small garlic clove 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest Salt & black pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.

Blend until completely smooth and vibrant green.
Taste and adjust salt, lemon, or herbs as needed.
Chill for at least 30 minutes to let flavors develop.
Ripe avocado: Use a ripe avocado so the dip blends up smooth and creamy without any lumps.
