Start by placing your flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Whisk until all the dry ingredients are combined.
2 cups flour, 4 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 3 tablespoons sugar
Add milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, green food coloring and egg. I used about a 1/2 teaspoon neon green food coloring and a couple squirts of dark green, but you can make them any shade of green you'd like.
1 1/2 cups whole milk, 1/4 cup butter, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1 egg, Green gel food coloring
Mix with a hand or stand mixer until the pancake batter is well combined.
Using a pancake batter dispenser or a regular piping bag, pipe the batter onto a well greased skillet that's heated over medium low.

Cook the pancakes until the edges are cooked through and the bubbles on top begin to pop. Then quickly flip the pancakes and cook the other side. It takes a minute or less. The pancakes are done when they begin to brown slightly.
If you're adding icing, fill a piping bag with frosting and add a 1M tip. Piping icing between each pancake and a little on top. You could also top your pancakes with a drizzle of syrup or a dusting of powdered sugar, if you prefer!
16 ounces white frosting
Finally, add heart sprinkles, then serve and enjoy!
