Meats

  • 9 ounces salami
  • 9 ounces black forest ham

Cheeses

  • 1 cheese ball
  • 1 string cheese stick
  • brie cheese wheel
  • cheddar cheese cubes
  • spicy cheese wedges laughing cow

Fruit

  • red grapes
  • fresh raspberries
  • fresh blackberries
  • 2 cutie oranges
  • green olives

Misc. Ingredients

  • pumpkin seeds
  • pistachios
  • dark chocolate covered pretzels
  • orange marmalade
  • assorted crackers
  • candy eyes
  • fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  • First, add some pumpkin seeds and pistachios to small bowls and place them on the serving board.

  • Fold your salami pieces in half and roll up until you have a rose shape. It will take about 6-8 pieces for each rose. Repeat this until you have used it all.

  • Take the black forest ham pieces and fold in half then like an accordion. Place three accordion-folded pieces on a toothpick, then repeat this step with the rest of the ham.

  • For your mummy cheese ball, rip off pieces of the string cheese and lay over the top of the cheeseball like mummy wraps. Then, add two candy eyeballs.

  • Next, place your salami roses and folded ham on the board.  Place the mummy cheese ball next to the salami roses.
  • Add the brie wheel, using a pumpkin cookie cutter to make a pumpkin shape in the center.

  • Next, add red grapes, raspberries, and blackberries to the board.

  • Add the cheese cubes, then the dark chocolate pretzels and green olives.

  • Add the cutie oranges, then fill in the empty spaces with your favorite crackers.

  • Place cheese wedges around the board, adding two candy eyes on top of each one.

  • Finally, fill the pumpkin shaped center of the brie wheel with orange marmalade. Use pumpkin seeds to make the eyes, nose, and mouth.

  • Add fresh dill for garnish and enjoy!
