Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a large baking sheet or a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Beat the eggs in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
8 large eggs
Next, add the eggs and 2 tablespoons of butter to a medium skillet (prepared with non-stick cooking spray). Stir them with a rubber spatula until light, fluffy, and fully scrambled. Set them aside.
4 tablespoons salted butter
Open the pack of Hawaiian rolls and place them on a cutting board or other flat surface. This makes them easier to slice.
12 Hawaiian Rolls
Use a long bread knife to carefully slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom portion. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the pan.
To assemble the sliders, spread the scrambled egg mixture on the bottoms of the rolls.
Add the crispy bacon strips, placing them side by side to cover the eggs.
8 strips of bacon
Layer slices of American cheese over the bacon, then place the top of the buns back on.
6-8 slices American cheese
In a small mixing bowl, add the remaining melted butter and maple syrup together. Mix well with a fork until fully combined.
1/4 cup maple syrup, 4 tablespoons salted butter
Use a silicone basting brush to brush the butter and syrup mixture on top of the rolls, covering them completely.
Add the pan to the oven and bake the sliders for 16–18 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown. After about 16 minutes, take a peek to make sure they aren’t getting too brown.
When they're done, carefully cut them into individual sliders. Serve and enjoy!
