- 3 ounces lemon instant pudding mix 1 box
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup limoncello
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- whipped cream for topping optional
- fresh lemon slices for garnish optional

Whisk instant pudding mix and milk together in a large mixing bowl.
3 ounces lemon instant pudding mix, 1 1/4 cups milk
Add vodka and limoncello, then whisk again.
1/2 cup vodka, 1/4 cup limoncello
Add the Cool Whip and whisk until well combined. Divide the pudding mixture evenly between 16 plastic shot cups (we used the 2 ounce size).

Chill the shots in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Just before serving, top with whipped cream, a lemon slice, and lemon zest.

- Though it's tempting, don't go too heavy on the vodka and limoncello. If you do, your shots may not be thick enough.
- For an easy no-mess way to fill your shot cups, try piping the pudding mixture through a pastry bag or a plastic bag with the corner cut off.
