Instructions
Crush your Oreos by either placing them in a plastic bag and roll over them with a rolling pin or tossing them into the food processor for a few seconds. Just be sure not to crush them too finely. You want them to be a little chunky.
Combine instant vanilla pudding and milk in a bowl. Mix with a stand mixer or hand mixer until well blended.
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix, 1 1/4 cup milk
Add softened cream cheese to the vanilla pudding mix. Mix until smooth and creamy.
4 ounces cream cheese
Fold in Cool Whip or whipped cream. Keep folding until it's thoroughly blended with the pudding mixture.
8 ounces whipped topping
Set aside 1/4 cup of the crushed Oreos for garnish. Add the remaining Oreo pieces to the cream cheese mixture and stir gently. Don't overmix or your cookies may crumble too much.
25 OREO Cookies
Scoop the Oreo dip into a serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour or two to give it time to thicken. Top with more crushed cookies, add dippers on the side and enjoy!
Notes
If your store carries it, you can also use Oreo Cookies & Creme Pudding instead of vanilla. For a more chocolate-y dessert, try using chocolate pudding mix instead.
This recipe can easily be made the night before and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Wait to garnish with the extra crushed Oreos until just before serving.
The cream cheese gives this Oreo fluff dessert salad a creamy texture, similar to cheesecake. If you want a fluffier, more whipped texture, cut the cream cheese by half or add a little more Cool Whip.
